Inarizushi

Ingredients (serves 2)

  • - 400g medium grain rice

  • - 5 Tbsp Mizkan Sushi-Su

  • - 8 pieces Yamato Inari

  • - Kuro / Shiro goma

  • - Beni-shoga (optional)

  • - Pickled ginger (optional)

Instruction

  1. 1. Cook rice, place it into a bowl, add Sushi-Su and Kuro/Shiro goma, conbine well.
  2. 2. Pack sushi rice into Inari from the notch on the side.

Note

Incredibly simple and easy dish to make. Using a wooden bowl is preferable but not essential. Wooden bowl absorbs excess moisture of cooked rice and Sushi-Su so sushi rice will be just as perfect for this dish. Recipe for our Sushi bar's Inarizushi? Sorry it's secret!
