Mayo Chicken

Ingredients (serves 5)

  • - 500g chicken breast

  • - 4 Tbsp QP Mayonnaise

  • - 1 Tbsp Katakuriko (potato starch)

  • - 3 Tbsp Kikkoman Soy Sauce

  • - 2 Tbsp sugar

  • - 1 Tsp grated garlic

  • - House Shichimi powder

Instruction

  1. 1. Cut chicken into bite size, put them into a plastic bag with soy, sugar and garlic, rub all well and leave for 20 mins.
  2. 2. Put 1, Mayonnaise and Katakuriko in a frying pan, combine well.
  3. 3. Ignite, cook at medium heat. Remove excess oil from mayonnaise with paper towel if you don't like it.
  4. 4. Arrange in a bowl and sprinkle Shichimi powder.

A modern twist of chicken dish with yummy Japanese Mayo! With cooked rice, beer or sake etc it's uniquely versatile.
