Maguro Teriyaki (Tuna Teriyaki)

Ingredients (serves 2)

  • - 180g tuna

  • - 4 Tbsp Kikkoman Teriyaki Sauce

  • - 2 Tbsp Vegetable oil

  1. 1. Cut tuna into bite size.
  2. 2. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan at medium heat, cook 1.
  3. 3. Add teriyaki sauce when tuna is cooked, combine well in the pan.
  4. (Optional: Pour teriyaki sauce over the cooked tuna.)


Teriyaki sauce is very versatile that it works well with any kind of ingredients such as beef, pork, fish, shells or vegetables. Also it's yummy with cooked white rice as well.
