Tuna Carpaccio

Ingredients (serves 2)

  • - 200g tuna sashimi pack

  • - 4 Tbsp Kikkoman Ajipon

  • - Kurogoma

    available at Suzuran
  • - 2 Tbsp vegetable oil

Instruction

  1. 1. Dust kurogoma over both side of tuna.
  2. 2. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan at medium heat.
  3. 3. Cook both side of tuna for 30 seconds (15 seconds each side), put aside and rest.
  4. 4. Slice cooked tuna and arrange on a plate. Pour Ajipon over it.

Note

Grilled/boiled asparagus is a good accompaniment (optional). You can cook tuna to preference (rare or medium).
