Hamachi Negi Miso

Ingredients (serves 4)

  • - 400g Hamachi sashimi block

  • - ~ Miso paste ~

  • - 1 Tbsp Shiro Miso

  • - 4 Tbsp Kikkoman cooking sake

  • - 1 Tbsp sugar

  • - 8 Tbsp thinly sliced spring onion

  • - 1 Tsp grated ginger

  • - 1 Tsp Ichimi powder

Instruction

  1. 1. Cut hamachi into 1cm thick slices.
  2. 2. Combine miso paste.
  3. 3. Put miso paste on the sliced hamachi, grill in the oven at medium heat for 15-20 mins.

Note

Our Hamachi sashimi doens't need to be cooked but this recipe is also an ideal way to enjoy it! Try some of different miso pastes to enjoy different flavor and aroma.
