Egg on Yakisoba

Ingredients (serves 1)

  • - 1 Myojo Yatai no Yakisoba

  • - 1 Egg

  • - Beni shoga (Optional)

  • - Bonito flakes (Optional)

  • - Aosako (Aonori) (Optional)

Instruction

  1. 1. Fry an egg as your favor (not well done as the egg yolk should caramelise Yakisoba).
  2. 2. Add hot water into the yakisoba cup with the vegetable sachet, leave it with the lid on for 3-4 mins, Drain.
  3. 3. Place fried egg onto yakisoba.
  4. Optional: Add beni shoga/bonito flakes/aonori.

Some people may say this is not a real cooking, but it's yummy, easy & quick!
