Omu Soba

Ingredients (serves 1)

  • - 1 pack Miyakoichi Mushi yakisoba

  • - 20g cabbage

  • - 30g pork slice

  • - 10g sliced carrot

  • - 3 Tbsp Otafuku Yakisoba Sauce

  • - QP Mayonnaise

  • - Tomato ketchup

  • - 1 Tsp vegetable oil

  • - 1 egg

  • - Bonito flakes (Optional)

Instruction

  1. 1. Cut pork, cabbage and carrot into bite size.
  2. 2. Fry egg as your favor, put aside.
  3. 3. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan at high heat, cook pork, cabbage and carrot.
  4. 4. Add yakisoba noodle, combine all well. Add Yakisoba Sauce.
  5. 5. Make a thin omelet, put aside.
  6. 6. Arrange cooked noodle on a plate and put 5 over it. Squeeze Mayo and tomato ketchup on top. (Optional: Add bonito flakes/beni shoga/aonori).

Note

Also it's good to have one without egg. You can also cook Yakisoba with prawn, squid or beef etc.
