Salmon Ara Miso Soup

Ingredients (serves 4)

  • - 400g Salmon Ara (rough cut)

    available at Suzuran
  • - 1/3 Daikon (White radish)

  • - 200g Morinaga Farm Tofu

    available at Suzuran
  • - 1 Carrot

  • - A half pack of Shimeji/Enoki mashrooms

  • - Vegs to preference

  • - 3-4 Tbsp. Miso

  • - Spring Onion, to serve

  • - ~ Dashi ~

  • - 800ml Water

  • - 6g Dashi no moto

Instruction

  1. 1. Cut all in bite size.
  2. 2. Cook daikon, carrot, mashrooms and vegs in dashi at medium heat until it boils.
  3. 3. Add salmon and tofu, simmer until everything is cooked at small to medium heat.
  4. 4. Add miso and simmer for another 2 minutes.
  5. 5. Arrange it in a bowl, add spring onion to preference.
