Sukiyaki

Ingredients (serves 2)

  • - 600grams of sukiyaki (wagyu) beef

    available at Suzuran
  • - 1pack (300g-500g) of tofu

  • - 1/2 Chinese cabbage

  • - 2 leeks or ½ bunch of spring onion

  • - 1 pack of shirataki

  • - 1 bottle of sukiyaki sauce

  • - 2 packs of Udon noodle

  • - 4 eggs

Instruction

  1. 1. Cut the leeks diagonally or cut the spring onion into 3-4cm pieces, cut the tofu into 8 pieces, cut the Chinese cabbage roughly.
  2. 2. Heat the pan and lightly grill the sukiyaki beef
  3. 3. Add the sukiyaki sauce; (Be careful not to add too much sukiyaki sauce, just enough to simmer the ingredients!)
  4. 4. Add the tofu, leeks, shirataki and Chinese cabbage.
  5. 5. Eat by dipping the ingredients into a beaten egg.
