Kaki fry (deep fried oyster)

  • - 1 pack of kaki fry

  • - 1 btl Japanese mayonnaise

  • - 1 btl Bulldog Worcester sauce

  • - 1 lemon

Instruction

  1. 1. Preheat oil to 170 degrees. Place the kaki fry in oil. stir gently and when the batter becomes slightly brown and the kaki fry float up to the surface, retrieve and drain on a tray
  2. 2. Serve with a lemon wedge and Japanese mayonnaise and worcester sauce
